How I look after your details

What I collect

• When you download the 3 Stages workbook: your name, email address and phone number, through the sign-up form on my Linktree page, and your choice on its optional boxes.
• If you reply to my messages: what you write to me.
• When you visit this website: a count of visits, and a record of how each page is used, through the tools below. The website itself has no forms.

What I use it for

• To send you the workbook, and to ask how it went.
• To keep you updated on my new videos, guides and work, if you asked for that: by email if you joined my mailing list, and on WhatsApp if you ticked the box for it.

I never sell your details, and I won’t send you spam.

Where your details are kept

Linktree, the link page I use, collects your details under its own privacy notice and shares them with me. No one else receives them, unless the law requires it.

The tools on this website

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website, counts visits and measures how quickly each page loads, so I can see how many people visit and whether the site is slow. Cloudflare says this counter uses no cookies to track you and does not collect your personal data.
• Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use each page, such as taps, clicks and scrolling, so I can see which parts are unclear. Microsoft collects this through cookies and may also use it for its own services, including Microsoft Advertising. You can read how in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and this website still works without them.
• The videos play from YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you tap a video; once you do, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
• The free worksheets, planner and wallpapers download from this website itself. The book links on My story are my affiliate links to Shopee, and the links at the bottom of each page go to other sites, each with its own privacy policy.

How long I keep them

If you asked for updates, I keep your details for as long as I’m sending them. If you tell me to stop, I won’t contact you again, and I delete your details 12 months later. If you didn’t ask for updates, I delete your details 12 months after we last spoke.

What you can ask me

• To see the details I hold about you, and how I’ve used them in the past year.
• To correct anything that’s wrong.
• To stop sending you updates, at any time, even if you ticked the box. Reply STOP on WhatsApp, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or email me.
• To delete your details.
